In this revision the project scope is reduced by about 50% by taking out the 3D experience and starting with a dynamic van configurator form that utilizes static images to visualize the options. This approach will allow Nook to still enhance the lead pipeline with a build and price experience, while deferring the 3D experience and social media sharing to a future extension of this project.

Email Marketing Automation: Integration with an email marketing platform (e.g., Hubspot or Mailchimp, etc) to trigger personalized email nurture campaigns based on user interactions and contact properties.
Data Analytics: Implementation of analytics tools to track user behavior and measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaign.

Proposal
I am proposing a fixed-cost project with a total cost of $12,000, paid in monthly installments of $4,000 over a period of 3 months.
This option provides a clear budget and predictable costs, with a project timeline that allows for ongoing support and tweaks during the initial period included into the cost.
Includes Industry Exclusivity Agreement: Rolo will not build a configurator app for any other recreation / camper van companies for the next 10 years.
Includes 2- Year Maintenance, Support and Software Fix-It Warranty Agreement: Rolo will help fix any issues,outages, system breakdowns, bugs or strange use cases that come up for the period of 2 years.
Deliverables
All delivered code will be industry standard PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript that will become property of Nook.
All designs mock ups and final graphics will become property of Nook.
Complete working site code deployed to a cloud web server hosting paid by Nook (~$20/month)
Complete integration with CRM and email systems managed and paid by Nook (varies by email list size)
Assumptions
Nook to provide all original photo and product design graphics that will be composed and modified for use in the configurator app such as colors, textures, material close ups, names, descriptions, pricing logic, configuration rules, exclusions, bundling, delivery, order process, form fields, disclaimers, and any other content that is specific to the business or product operation.
